Color Schemer ColorPix: a downloadable utility which automatically translates any screen color into RGB, HEX, HSB and CMYK color values. Tiny and functional, not to mention... Free!
Colour Schemer Online: From the same website as above, an online utility that lets you find a scheme to match any colour from the either RGB or the HEX. You can lighten or darken your scheme until you have one that suits your needs. (check out their blog for handy tips, as well as the Forum for discussions on colour).
Mandarin Design: Amazing website with thousands of tips, tricks and resources on creating boxes, titles, buttons, typefaces, CSS editing, displaying images and much more. They provide the code for most everything. As with all websites, I recommend checking out the links they provide to other resources.
Degraeve Color Palette Generator: Enter the URL of any image and generate a palette based on the colours in that image...
Color Vision: Interesting little website that talks about colour blindness. It demonstrates color palettes as people with a variety of colour deficiencies see them. After that, you might want to check out this website which provides side-by-side options for different colour deficiencies. This is very handy for determining if the colour you have chosen will render text invisible to the colourblind.
